Request Data Deletion
FraudIntel India respects your right to data erasure under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), applicable global privacy laws, and platform data deletion requirements.
You may request deletion of personal data associated with your FraudIntel account or your use of our services. After identity verification, we process eligible deletion requests within 30 business days.
What You Can Request
- Deletion of your FraudIntel account profile and account-related personal data.
- Deletion of contact details or personal identifiers associated with support, enterprise, or inquiry records where legally eligible.
- Review of user-submitted data that may contain your personal data.
Important Retention Notice
Some fraud intelligence records, security logs, transaction records, or legal compliance records may be retained where required by law, payment compliance, dispute handling, public safety, or fraud-prevention obligations. We will explain any retention decision in our response.
