By accessing or using FraudIntel AI ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. NATURE OF SERVICE
FraudIntel AI is an intelligence aggregation and analysis platform. We collect, process and display publicly available fraud-related information from news sources, government advisories, and community reports. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
2. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, investigative, or law enforcement advice. Risk scores and fraud classifications are algorithmic estimates only and must not be used as the sole basis for any legal, financial, or business decision. Always conduct independent verification.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FraudIntel AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) use or inability to use the Platform; (b) reliance on any data, risk score, or classification provided; (c) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data; (d) unauthorized access to your account. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
4. DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Fraud intelligence data is collected from public sources and may contain errors. Entities (phone numbers, UPI IDs, emails, domains) flagged in reports are flagged based on their appearance in publicly reported fraud incidents and do not constitute definitive proof of fraud. Users must not take adverse action against any individual or entity solely based on Platform data.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to harass, defame, or take unlawful action against any person; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; (c) share API keys or account credentials; (d) use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, or IPC provisions. Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.
6. API USAGE
API access is subject to rate limits per plan. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse, excessive load, or policy violations. API responses are provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not responsible for decisions made by systems that integrate our API.
7. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan downgrades take effect at next renewal.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, algorithms, dashboards, and APIs are the intellectual property of FraudIntel AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
